FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 75LBS. 
All orders over 75lbs ship via ground delivery or via LTL (less than truckload) Freight Truck.  Orders located within 50 miles from the store may be available for White Glove Delivery for an additional fee.  Some exclusions may apply.  Contact the store for details 770-754-5750 or support@americanbackyard.com and reference your invoice order number.

LTL FREIGHT DELIVERY
LTL Freight Delivery offer "curbside" delivery only.  The freight delivery drivers are not responsible for any assembly or set up, nor are they authorized any service other than curbside delivery. If you require inside-delivery/threshold delivery, please contact the store for options regarding this, some additional charges may apply.  

LTL Freight Delivery typically takes (1-7 business days) after shipping to arrive.  You will be contacted once your order is ready for delivery to schedule an appointment.  Delivery appointments typically give a 2 - 4 hour window, Monday through Friday. 

All shipments are carefully inspected and properly packaged prior to shipping. Please inspect all items shipped prior to signing for the delivery.

If you discover any damages to your order due to shipping, please contact American Backyard immediately at 770-754-5750. Be sure to notate on the freight bill that the shipment was received damaged and if possible, please take photos at the time of delivery.

In the event of a return shipment or refused delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any outgoing freight costs involved. All returns must be packaged securely and shipped to American Backyard 310 North Point Circle Alpharetta, GA 30022.
